About this event
This 45-minute class will help you build flexibility in your hips. After warming up and some standing asanas, we will focus mostly on floor work. We have modifications for each asana, so this class is open to everyone, regardless of your familiarity with yoga or your current flexibility. In other words, all are welcome!
