About this event
This class focuses on climbing conditioning, preparations, practice, and variations. Students will also learn a mini pole combo in/out of a pole climb. Please do not wear lotion or oil to class. LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT PERMITTED. Doors close 10 minutes after class begins.
