2066 HEADLAND DR ATLANTA, GA 30344 Splity dynamic pole class focused on enhancing splits and flexibility! This session features essential stretching techniques, targeted drills for improving splits, and exercises to master pointed toes in heels. You'll learn to maintain poise and fluidity in your movements while creating elegant, straight lines. Perfect for all levels, this class will leave you feeling more confident and graceful in your pole journey. PREREQUISITES: Participants should have a basic understanding of pole dance fundamentals and be comfortable with foundational pole movements. Prior experience in stretching or flexibility training is recommended but not required. It's important to be injury-free and able to engage in dynamic stretching. If you're a complete beginner, consider taking an introductory pole class first to build confidence and familiarity with the pole. Attire is shorts and a tank/short sleeve. Pole heels optional. *PLEASE READ* - You can cancel and reschedule your classes in the app up to TWO HOURS before class time. A $15.00 fee will be added to appointments CANCELED or NO-SHOWED after that time. - We enforce a STRICT 10-minute grace period - you will NOT BE ALLOWED to actively participate in class past this period and your class fee will NOT BE REFUNDED. - NO LOTION OR OIL at LEAST 4 HRS BEFORE CLASS TIME. - Upon booking and paying, you agree to understanding the late policy, cancellation/no-show fees, no admittance after 10 minutes SHARP, our correct location and address (listed at the top), and that NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Disputes will automatically suspend booking privileges.
