About this event
Our Kids BJJ class for ages 3-4 is the perfect introduction to martial arts in a fun, safe, and encouraging environment. Young students will learn basic movements and beginner-friendly techniques while developing coordination, balance, and body awareness. Through games, drills, and partner activities, kids learn how to work with others, take turns, and practice friendly competition in a controlled setting. Most importantly, we focus on building confidence, listening skills, and having fun while learning something new.
