Hosted by Akoma Coffee + Books and Garden Life Juice Bar , our Silent Book Club is part of the official national Silent Book Club movement — a global community of readers who gather to enjoy good books and even better company, without the pressure of assigned reading or group discussion.

Here’s how it works: bring any book you’re currently reading (or pick one up at Akoma!), grab your favorite coffee or smoothie, and settle in for a cozy session of uninterrupted reading. Afterward, mingle, share recommendations, or simply enjoy the quiet vibe among fellow book lovers.

Whether you’re a passionate reader or just want to carve out some peaceful time for yourself, Silent Book Club is the perfect midweek reset.
