About this event
THIS IS AN ADVANCE CLASS. Silicone Poles. Wear leggings and tank or full body leotard. Have legs, torso and shoulders covered. Students will string together floor transitions and aerial flying pole moves into a flow sequence choreographed to various genres of music. Aerial invert and 1+ year experienced required. Must be comfortable with spin pole. No exceptions.
