Secret Spin (Beg)

About this event

(Formally called Spinning Pole- Beginner) Add a new dynamic to your pole dance routine with a SPIN! This class incorporates spinning pole as the basis for the routine learned. Students will also learn spinning pole conditioning they can use throughout their pole journey. This is a beginner, low-flow class. Must have less than 6 months of spinning pole experience. Must have BASIC STATIC POLE SPINS (chair, fireman, fireball, etc). Please do not wear lotion or oil to class. LATE ARRIVAL IS NOT PERMITTED. Doors close 10 minutes after class begins.
