Mindful Marietta @ Studio Ife

About this event

Studio Ife is our new home! The new time is 7:15-8:15.

Located 1 mile from the library at Studio Ife Dance and Yoga at 1477 Roswell Rd. Suite 250. Marietta, GA. 30062 (the bottom left corner of the plaza).

We will begin with a guided meditation, followed by an instructional dharma talk, and end with group discussion.

We suggest a cushion if you're going to sit in the chairs provided. Some chairs have cushions while others may not.

No prior meditation experience needed. All are welcome.

Donations are appreciated and go directly to covering our rent of the studio. Links to all Mindful Marietta's info: https://linktr.ee/mindfulmarietta
