The Clayton County Office of Digital Equity has partnered with Clayton State University Continuing and Professional Education (CaPE) and Clayton County Public Schools (CCPS) to bring you an exciting new learning experience. This beginner-friendly course introduces community members to Microsoft Copilot as a practical tool for building workplace-ready digital skills and increasing confidence with technology. Participants will practice writing effective prompts to draft professional emails, improve résumés, prepare for interviews, organize projects, summarize information, and develop simple plans or checklists. The course also teaches participants to review AI-generated content for accuracy, avoid sharing non-directory personal information, and use AI responsibly when making important decisions. Through realistic examples from home, school, and work settings, participants will leave with transferable AI-integration skills that can strengthen employability and support lifelong learning.
